The Vedic Deities

Pundit Sanjay Rath is a master of Vedic Astrology. He has seriously studied Vedic Science for his entirelife.  To learn from such a scholar is a wonderful opportunity. For the very reason it is advantageous to study with Sanjay, it also presents limits if you are not at an accomplished level in your Vedic studies. Your comprehension of the material depends on your immediate level of understanding.  

So when a spiritual master of the level of Dr. Michael Mamas is there to stimulate the discussions, the group goes to a different level altogether. The understanding of the foundation of the subject matter is brought to the surface. The root of the knowledge shall be examined. Vedic Science calls these roots “bija”, the seed syllables. They are the very source of creation.  

Vedic Deities are often shrouded in such emotion and superstition that we may discount the power and significance of these beings.  In this course, Michael and Sanjay will offer you the science behind the mythology of the Vedic Gods.

This course will be a combination of lecture and open discussion. Class will be from 9:00am to 1:00pm, with informal discussions throughout the day. You are welcome and encouraged to join group meditation at 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. Mealtime will be a wonderful opportunity to go over material that was discussed in class and therefore you are highly encouraged to include all meals in your program when you register.
