It was about 30 or 40 years ago when Michael Mamas first heard that, in the Veda, it talks about how to build an enlightened city. When he heard about that, something about it really intrigued him. The idea is to build this city that is a generator of coherence for the whole world. People there get enlightened, and it becomes a place where people are walking around in Unity Consciousness. For decades, he was asking different pandits, gurus, etc., asking where in the Shastras it says more about that. Nobody knew.
